Regarding Mains, Alts and Epic/High End Quest help.
Epic and High End quest mobs

Primary vs Secondary - Definition
Every person in FC needs to designate a primary character. This will be the one you most frequently bring to raids and the one you intend to pursue an epic for.

Epic Mobs
This will remain the same. Only one character is eligible for guild raid force assistance to get their epic (usually the one you have noted as your primary). Many will ask why...look at the roster and the epic thread. We have many that want to pursue their epic and in all fairness it wouldn't be right to complete two epics for one persons characters and have another still waiting to complete on their main character that has been an active member and actively pursuing their epic. However if you wish to pursue an epic for a secondary you may do so by using friends or other sources. Epic drops on raids however will always go to primary characters unless no primary needs. If the drop cannot be MQ'd with a primary actively pursuing their epic at that time it will be announced and is up for grabs to secondary characters.

Definition of CTA vs Non-CTA

CTA means Call to Arms. A CTA will only be called by an officer online. A CTA is called for any mob that will take most if not all members online to go after. Officers will coordinate and run the raid. Officers will determine loot and how it is awarded on these. Mobs in these cases will require swift mobilization.

Non-CTA mobs are those that can be taken down with 1 to 2 groups. Any person can announce a mob is up and request assistance to kill the mob. The person announcing it will be responsible for coordinating and running the attack. They will also be responsible for loot distribution how they see fit, however our hope is that all members doing so will follow FC guides on loot.

Secondary chars and non epic quest mobs
FC's stance has always been mains should always get first consideration in both equipment and quest mobs. This will always be the case when it is an officer run attack, be it a CTA or non CTA mob.

In the event a secondary character discovers a mob up and wishes to kill the mob for a non epic quest, they may ask for assistance in guildchat but also being clear that this kill is for their secondary character not their main character. Reasoning for this is it has been that we have a very giving guild in ways of helping each other. The officers do not want ANYONE to feel that they are obligated to drop everything to help a secondary character. Quest kills for a secondary character will not be taken into consideration when officers look at loot awards and how a persons participation in the guild. Officers will not be involved in the organization nor loot distribution in this situation, however it does not mean that we will not help if we are able to.

Again the reason for all this is we want to be clear, FC officers will always focus on a persons main character progression, we have many members, a few of which with alts 45+ In all fairness to those that due to RL obligations do not have time to put into more than one char or maybe chose to develop only one character that is the stance we must take so that no one feels slighted that someone is getting equipment and quest for two characters while another waits to get help with one character. We want to be clear that in no way should anyone feel an obligation when a secondary character finds a mob up they desire to drop all they are doing to assist. This will be a personal choice. However if the secondary character took the time to camp or check on the mob they do have a right to call assistance but stating its for their secondary.

We hope that this compromise will be reasonable
